Logan led and managed the design and construction team for the complete renovation of this 8,000 SF residence in an exclusive community. We designed the exterior garden spaces, including the outdoor deck, seamlessly integrating the gardens with the newly renovated home and outdoor living areas.

Given the property’s proximity to a park with a high deer population, it was essential to select only deer-resistant plant species. The landscape was thoughtfully designed to provide year-round visual interest, ensuring that something is always in bloom throughout the seasons.
